Business Development Manager – RPO (International Sales)
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead international sales for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in consultative B2B sales and extensive experience in managing global client relationships. The ideal candidate excels at engaging with diverse markets, understanding complex global hiring needs, and delivering customized RPO solutions that drive client success.
Bachelor degree
Identify and secure new international business opportunities for RPO services in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy in line with the company’s growth goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams within global enterprises.
Collaborate closely with internal solution design, implementation, and delivery teams to develop tailored RPO solutions.
Represent the organization at international HR, staffing, and outsourcing events, both virtually and in-person.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Stay informed about global talent acquisition trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or degree in International Business preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RPO or staffing sales with a strong focus on international markets.
Demonstrated success in closing large-scale, multi-country or global RPO deals.
In-depth knowledge of global RPO delivery models, SLAs, compliance standards, and pricing structures.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven effectiveness in cross-cultural environments.
High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to building new business relationships.
