We are looking for an experienced and well-networked Business Development Head to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive high-value corporate interior projects. The role involves developing long-term partnerships with key clients, facility and project heads, IPCs, and top real estate developers to secure large-scale business opportunities.
A professional with an extensive network and proven experience in business generation within the following segments:
MNCs (IT/ITES) – connections with Facility or Project Heads.
Leading real estate developers building IT parks or commercial spaces.
International Property Consultants (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Knight Frank).
Large-scale office space brokers handling properties of 5,000 sq. ft. and above.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the corporate interiors and turnkey project space.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, IPCs, real estate brokers, and developers.
Manage the full business development cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal design and project teams to align client requirements and ensure project success.
Prepare, review, and present business proposals and commercial offers.
Set, monitor, and achieve annual business targets ensuring sustained revenue growth.
Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and client meetings.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Bachelor degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate interiors, or real estate (commercial segment).
Strong connections across corporate, real estate, and property consulting ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Deep understanding of corporate real estate and office interior design trends.
Proven ability to achieve high-value business targets (₹30 Cr+ annually).
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading business independently.
