Job Overview:

Alliance Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through lead conversion, client engagement, and successful recruitment service delivery—especially with international clients in the Middle East and South Africa.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Conversion & Client Acquisition

  • Generate recruitment business from pre-qualified and inbound leads.

  • Participate in discovery calls with potential clients, especially international prospects, to understand their recruitment needs and offer customized solutions.

  • Present the company’s offerings effectively and confidently to secure new business.

🔹 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Manage and nurture all incoming and assigned leads using CRM tools like HubSpot.

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.

🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Prepare persuasive business proposals and sales presentations.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize client contracts.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.

🔹 Performance & Flexibility

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Open to working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) on a rotational basis, with the option for a compensatory day off (Monday/Tuesday) or additional pay.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Experience in B2B services or product sales also considered.

  • Strong track record of international sales, with specific exposure to Middle East and South African markets.

  • Experience conducting client discovery calls and closing deals with international stakeholders.

  • Proficient in lead management tools like HubSpot.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
