We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. This person will talk to potential clients who reach out to us through social media, understand what they need, and share that information with our senior sales team.
Bachelor degree
Connect with leads from WhatsApp, email, or phone (from our social media campaigns).
Talk to leads to understand what services they’re interested in and if they match our offerings.
Share basic information about our services and pricing.
Record all lead information clearly and pass qualified leads to the senior sales team.
Stay updated with our latest services and industry trends.
Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly.
Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or similar field.
Experience: 1–2 years in sales, telecalling, or client handling.
Industry Preference: IT, BPO, Digital Marketing, or Customer Support.
Communication: Fluent English (written & spoken), good people skills.
Tech Skills: Basic understanding of services like web/app/game development, digital marketing. Experience with CRM tools (like Zoho or HubSpot) is a plus.
Personality: Self-driven, eager to learn, organized, and good at managing time.
Work with international clients.
