Position Level:

Level 7 – Supervisor

Reports To:

Outlet Manager / F&B Manager

Salary & Benefits:

  • Net Basic Salary (Annual): USD 10,800 – USD 13,200

  • Service Charge: Eligible

  • Accommodation: Single status | Live-in (shared as per hotel policy)

  • Home Leave Eligibility: Economy class return airfare to home location annually

  • Annual Leave: 30 days per annum

  • Public Holidays: 10 days per annum

  • Off Days: 1 day off per week (6-day working week)

Primary Responsibilities :

Job Purpose:

To assist in managing the daily operations of a high-end Chinese restaurant, ensuring high standards of food, service, guest experience, and staff performance. The role supports the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets, operational efficiency, and maintaining brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

  • Support Outlet Manager in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management

  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and food quality in compliance with health regulations

  • Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and SOPs

  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service and menu consistency

  • Monitor staff performance and conduct periodic evaluations

  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and assist in duty roster planning

  • Assist in marketing promotions, events, and menu launches


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B, preferably in a Chinese cuisine outlet

  • Previous experience in luxury resorts/hotels preferred

  • Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English
