Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also ensuring the efficient functioning of HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting in partnership with leadership.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong workplace culture.
Handle daily HR operations, including implementation of HR policies and compliance.
Assist in performance management processes, employee feedback mechanisms, and retention strategies.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle – onboarding, confirmation, exits, and grievance resolution.
Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment and generalist roles.
Solid understanding of HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
