We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Agronomist specializing in regenerative agriculture to lead the design,
implementation, and monitoring of sustainable farming practices across our
operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soil health,
agroecological systems, and low-input farming, with a commitment to building
resilient and biodiverse agroecosystems.

Design and implement
regenerative farming models including crop rotation, cover cropping,
composting, and reduced tillage strategies
·
Conduct soil health assessments
and develop soil restoration programs using tools such as Haney, PLFA, or Soil
Food Web analysis
·
Advise on organic amendments,
biofertilizers, and integrated pest management strategies to reduce synthetic
input dependency
·
Collaborate with farm staff to
train and support the adoption of regenerative techniques
·
Monitor and report on the
effectiveness of regenerative interventions using ecological and productivity
indicators
·
Develop nutrient management
plans that align with organic or biodynamic certification standards (if
applicable)
·
Work with R&D or academic
partners to test and scale innovative regenerative practices
·
Integrate technology tools
(e.g., satellite imagery, sensors, farm management systems) to support
decision-making
Support carbon farming or sustainability initiatives, including carbon sequestration measurement and reporting
Bachelor degree
·
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agroecology, or a related field
·
Minimum 5 years of experience
in sustainable or regenerative agriculture, preferably in arid or semi-arid
regions
·
Deep understanding of
soil-plant relationships, organic inputs, and biological systems
·
Experience with compost
systems, biochar, green manure, and agroforestry is a strong plus
·
Familiarity with organic,
biodynamic, or regenerative certifications (e.g., Demeter, Regenified, EU
Organic)
·
Ability to work collaboratively
with cross-functional farm teams, researchers, and external consultants
·
Strong analytical and reporting
skills; capable of translating field data into actionable insights
·
Proficient in farm management
software and remote sensing tools is desirable
